Here at The Tufton Arms in the Eden Valley we are lucky enough to have some of the best pheasant
shooting and rough shooting available in the British Isles. Combined with our proximity to two of the very finest estates for patridge shooting and being surrounded by the grouse moors of the North Penines, ensures that our sport runs from August to the end of January.
At Dalemain a 3000 acre estate in the Eamont Valley we run our own first class shoot with days from 100 to 250+ head pheasant shooting. Through our sporting agency www.fishing-shooting.co.uk we are able to provide a variety of rough shooting and pheasant shooting on many different estates. From Whitfield for the highest pheasant shooting to many smaller estates which offer a spectrum of pheasant shooting at different price levels right down to rough shooting at a price for anyones pocket.
Grouse shooting is much more difficult to secure but opportunities for walked and driven do come our way depending on the season. Do get in contact and lodge your interest with Nigel. We do offer really first class partridge shooting in the dry valley's on the side of the grouse moors with bags from 200 upwards.

Delighted to announce that Hellbeck is once again going to provide top class partridge shooting in their valleys on the sides of the grouse moors. Days here could be combined with Whitfield to make a package and provides an exciting alternative to Grouse shooting to get your season started. Stuart is shooting on Wednesdays and Saturdays and has the following dates :- 11th and 25th September, 13th and 20th October, 6th November for 200 bird and over days.
